Milta Oyola Little

Post-Acute and Long Term Care Medical Association (PALTMed)

Dr. Milta Oyola Little, DO, CMD, represents the Post-Acute and Long-Term Medical Association (PALTMed). She is an Associate Professor of Geriatric Medicine at Duke University and is the current medical director for The Forest at Duke Continuing Care Retirement Community. She has extensive experience in Post-Acute and Long-Term Care, including serving as attending physician in five skilled nursing facilities and as medical director for three nursing homes, an assisted living, a home care agency, and a hospice agency. Dr. Little served as the President for PALTMed from 2023-2024 and is proud to represent the voice of the PALTC clinicians on the Moving Forward steering committee.
