Mark Prifogle
American College of Health Care Administrators
Currently serving as Vice President of Operations in Indiana for BHI Senior Living, Mark brings over two decades of leadership experience in elder care, nonprofit management, and startups. In addition to guiding strategic operations at BHI, he is deeply involved with The American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA)—having held roles as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and now Chair-Elect of the Board. He also contributes to quality improvement in healthcare as Secretary of the Board of Trustees at Qsource. Before joining BHI, Mark led GrandView Health Services as Chief Executive Officer for nearly 20 years and co-founded Elevate Hospice, where he continues to serve as Secretary and Treasurer. His entrepreneurial background extends to The Prifogle Group, a pre-seed to seed venture capital firm, where he is Chief Investment Officer. An experienced educator, he has also served as Associate Professor of Experiential Learning at Manchester University, Purdue University, and Butler University.
Mark holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Indiana University, Richmond, IN, and is pursuing a dual MBA/PhD at the University of Cumbria, Carlisle, UK. His professional expertise spans nonprofit organizations, elder care, startup development, and the broader hospitality industry.
