Janine Finck-Boyle, MBA/HCA, LNHA, has over 25 years of experience across post-acute care, aging services, and health policy. She brings deep expertise in regulatory strategy, advocacy, and operational leadership, shaped by her work as a CEO-level executive, licensed nursing home administrator, and national association vice president. At AAPACN, she leads efforts to expand member engagement, strengthen strategic partnerships, and elevate the organization’s voice in the long-term and post-acute care landscape. Prior to joining AAPACN, Janine served as Vice President of Health Policy and Regulatory Affairs at LeadingAge, where she led national policy development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives to advance quality care across the aging services continuum.
